Sales Administrator
Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Full Time – 40 Hours Per Week
£25,000 per annum
Temporary – Permanent
West Bromwich
To support sales and production departments in administration duties including responding to queries from internal and external customers. To maintain relationships with several key accounts.
Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve any problems that may arise
- Deal with document filing in a timely and efficient manner
- Raise purchase orders to accompany all orders
- Liaise with Sales and Production on relevant issues regarding availability and delivery
- Manage a portfolio of several key accounts
- Assist production team with booking goods in
- Liaise with production team to ensure ironmongery orders are on schedule
- Negotiate and record data to ensure all materials are purchased at optimum levels.
- To assist the sales office with scheduling
- Comply with Health and Safety responsibilities defined in the company Health and Safety policy and ensure that any specific responsibilities are adequately delegated in their absence.
Requirements/ Qualifications:
- Interpret architectural drawings to create schedules and quotes (Advantageous)
- Good basic standard of education required (GCSE level minimum)
- Experience of working in a busy and fast paced working sales environment
- IT literate – Word, Excel
- Numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail
- Data Entry experience
