Job Title: Sales & Account Executive (B2B)
Location: Tipton
Salary: £32,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
Contract: 16-week temp to perm
Bonus: Quarterly company-wide bonus (at client’s discretion)

About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Sales & Account Executive (B2B) to join our client’s growing team in Tipton. This role combines proactive sales, account management, and customer service, perfect for someone who enjoys developing new opportunities while nurturing existing customer relationships.

You’ll be responsible for following up on warm leads, re-engaging older accounts, and delivering excellent aftersales service. Working closely with the Sales and Quotation teams, you’ll help deliver a first-class customer experience while contributing to overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing and new business clients.
  • Proactively follow up on warm leads and contact clients who haven’t been engaged recently.
  • Make post-order follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Understand and confidently present the company’s products and services to customers.
  • Work closely with the Sales and Quotation teams to support customer needs.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and scheduled follow-ups.
  • Report customer feedback, spending trends, and insights to management.
  • Build trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships through proactive communication and excellent service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is advantageous.
  • B2B experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of the electrical or cable management industry is beneficial.
  • Strong verbal communication and influencing skills.
  • Confident building rapport and achieving targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
