Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Friday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
• Includes a 20-minute break & 30-minute lunch

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Overhead Crane Operator to join our manufacturing team. If you have experience operating cranes and heavy machinery, take pride in precision and safety, and want to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate overhead cranes to lift, move, and position materials and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform pre-operational equipment checks to ensure safety and functionality.
• Coordinate lifts and movements with ground crew members to maintain safe operations.
• Maintain accurate records of materials handled and crane operations.
• Carry out routine maintenance on cranes and report any mechanical issues promptly.
• Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials in warehouse settings as needed.
• Engage in materials handling tasks, including digging, building, or moving as required.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Crane Operator or in a similar role in manufacturing or construction.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations, shipping, receiving, and materials handling.
• Valid crane operator certification or relevant qualifications preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts is an advantage; commercial driving experience is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment while strictly adhering to safety protocols.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
