Responsibilities:
Office Management: Oversee general office operations, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and manage office supplies.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events for team members.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle inquiries professionally.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing and organizing documents.
Financial Administration: Assist in basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and reconciling financial records.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective communication within the organization.
Candidate:
Proven experience in administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
