Job Title: Food Production Operative
Location: Shawbury, SY4
Pay Rate: £12.71 – £13 per hour based on completion of required training
Hours: Monday-Friday – 06:30am-15:00pm
Hariley Solutions our currently seeking an experienced Food Production Operatives to join our client’s dynamic team in Roden. If you have a proven track record in Food Production and are looking for a new opportunity to excel in a fast-paced environment, this role could be the perfect fit for you! We are looking for candidates on either a temp to perm or permanent basis dependent on experience.
All candidates will partake in a 6 week training plan to become thoroughly trained in the whole process- pay increases will be staggered and increased upon training and competence in 3 key areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Packing and end of line production tasks
- Hand finishing of products
- Mixing of ingredients
- Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
- Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment
- Following all food safety and health & safety regulations
- Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or a similar environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Willingness to work hours are 6am -3.30pm
- Good communication and teamwork skills
