Food Production Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: £11.50 per hour

About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Food Production Operative to join our clients team in TF1, Telford. As a Food Production Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production, packaging, and quality control of our clients food products. This position requires someone who is reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate production machinery and equipment in line with safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation, packaging, and labeling of food products.
• Monitor product quality and report any issues or defects.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Support team members and work collaboratively to meet production targets.

Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Good communication skills and a team player attitude.
• Flexibility to work additional hours when required.
• Must be able to commute to work and back.
