HGV Class 1 Driver – Telford
Pay Rate: £16.00–£24.00 per hour
We are currently recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for opportunities based in Telford. We are looking for reliable, professional drivers who take pride in delivering a safe and efficient service.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced Class 1 drivers looking for competitive rates of pay and regular work.
Key Responsibilities
- Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and professionally
- Completing deliveries and collections as required
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and reporting any defects
- Ensuring loads are transported safely and securely
- Completing all relevant paperwork accurately
- Following drivers’ hours, tachograph and working time regulations
- Maintaining a professional attitude when dealing with customers and clients
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Digital Tachograph Card
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual approach
- Previous Class 1 driving experience preferred
