Responsibilities
Programming, setting and operating CNC turning machines to produce components according to specifications and drawings.
Set up and adjust tooling, fixtures, and workpieces for optimal machining performance.
Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Perform basic maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any operational issues.
Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret CAD designs and implement necessary modifications.
Handle materials safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.
Maintain accurate records of production output and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Skills & Experience:
2 years+ previous experience Programming, Setting and Operating
Ideally experienced with Lathe Machines
Background producing CNC machined components to a high standards
Benefits:
39-hour flexible working week.
Monday to Thursday core hours 8-30 to 15:15 (factory open 6:30 to 17:30 for flexible working)
Early finish Friday 12:30pm
