Job Title: CNC Wood Machinist
Location: West Bromwich
Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour
Shift Pattern: 6am – 6pm, 4 on / 4 off (Days Only)
About the Role
Our growing client based in West Bromwich is seeking an experienced CNC Wood Machinist to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC wood machinery to produce high-quality wooden components
- Monitor machine output and ensure product quality standards are met
- Perform tool changes and carry out basic machine maintenance
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in CNC wood machining (essential)
- Basic CNC programming skills (training available for the right candidate)
- FLT licence is advantageous but not essential
- Comfortable working 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on / 4 off rota
- Reliable, proactive, and a strong team player
