Working Hours: 6:00am – 15:00pm

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for Food Production Operatives to join a well-established and growing company based in Shrewsbury (SY1). This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking for stable, ongoing work in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a production line preparing and packaging food products
• Ensuring all products meet quality and hygiene standards
• Following health & safety and food safety regulations at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
• Supporting the wider production team where required

Requirements:

• Previous food production or factory experience is desirable but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good attention to detail
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a team
