Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues accurately.
Conduct welding tasks as necessary for repairs or modifications.
Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Supervise maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs promptly.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all maintenance activities.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Proven experience in maintenance engineering or a related field.
Strong electrical experience, with knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs).
Mechanical knowledge, including familiarity with schematics and welding techniques.
Previous supervising experience is preferred, along with strong leadership skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
