Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
Temporary – 3 months

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support their team on a temporary basis. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering orders into the company’s system, ensuring data is correct and up-to-date. This position is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter customer orders into the company system promptly and accurately.
  • Review orders for completeness and accuracy before submission.
  • Liaise with other team members to resolve any order discrepancies.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive customer information.
  • Assist with additional data entry or administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office would be ideal
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills for team collaboration.
