Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, driving success through coaching and support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business
- Proactively convert warm leads – no cold calling required!
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure a smooth lead-to-sale process
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven sales & management experience within the luxury interiors, furniture, or lighting industry
- A strong track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with experience managing sales teams to exceed targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities
- A target-driven mindset with a proactive and results-focused approach
- Experience using Sage software (Sage 200 preferred) and CRM systems
- A full UK driving licence
