Monday to Friday / 10:00am – 2:00pm

Our client is a leading wholesale company in Aldridge. The team are committed to excellence and are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join the existing team as an Administrator.
To work closely with the Warehouse Manager to assist in the processing of sales orders, purchase orders and communication with warehouse, customers and suppliers.
This is a customer focused role to ensure the business always maintains the highest level of attention and service. To always adhere to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures and will comply with Good Distribution Practice. To comply with all company Health & Safety Policies, Procedures, Work Practices, and any other Health & Safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keeping track of the tracker
- Allocating stock
- Purchase ordering
- Raising sales orders
- Good general admin skills
Requirements:
- Administration: 2 years
- V-Soft (Preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided)
- Microsoft – especially Excel
- Good basic Maths
- Self-motivated and ability to work alone.
- Professional with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a range of people across the business (office / warehouse / customer / supplier)
- Organised
- Good attention to detail
