About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Telford. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring the office environment is efficient and productive. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
General office administration including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning
Managing correspondence – emails, phone calls, and postal mail
Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes
Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers
Assisting with HR documentation and record keeping
Supporting finance processes such as invoice processing and petty cash
Managing internal databases and maintaining accurate records
Assisting with onboarding of new staff and general office support tasks
Ensuring the office remains tidy, professional, and welcoming
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
