Location: Telford, UK
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team in Telford. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring the office environment is efficient and productive. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.


Key Responsibilities:

  • General office administration including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning

  • Managing correspondence – emails, phone calls, and postal mail

  • Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas and minutes

  • Maintaining office supplies and liaising with suppliers

  • Assisting with HR documentation and record keeping

  • Supporting finance processes such as invoice processing and petty cash

  • Managing internal databases and maintaining accurate records

  • Assisting with onboarding of new staff and general office support tasks

  • Ensuring the office remains tidy, professional, and welcoming


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage workload independently

  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour
