Join our clients dynamic team as a B2B Salesperson and play a key role in driving their company’s growth! We’re looking for a motivated individual with a strong background in business-to-business sales to manage customer accounts, handle sales orders, and build lasting relationships. This role offers a mix of office-based work and the chance to be out on the road, meeting clients and following up on leads.
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with new leads and connect with businesses in our sector to introduce our company and services
- Build and maintain customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
- Follow up on warm leads and new customer registrations to encourage repeat business
- Provide customers with product information and answer questions to support their purchasing decisions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Attend trade shows to expand your network and gather new business leads
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, including meeting clients in person
- A background in high- end furniture / lighting industry (preferred)
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM software and telephone systems (experience with Sage 200 is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve issues effectively
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working both independently and as part of a team
