Monday to Thursday: 8:00/8:30 AM to 4:00/4:30 PM and Friday: 8:00/8:30 AM to 2:00/2:30 PM (36 hours per week)

 

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Administrator. This is a key role where you will be responsible for supporting both the sales and purchasing functions, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers, handle enquiries, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate deliveries.
  • Issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
  • Raise purchase orders and send them to suppliers.
  • Book in deliveries and process purchase invoices.
  • Answer general phone calls and assist with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed.

 

Key Skills and Attributes:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency with administrative systems such as Workplan and Pegasus is an advantage.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
