Job Summary
We are supporting our client in the search for a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join their Regulatory Compliance Department. The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent attention to detail, and outstanding organisational abilities to efficiently manage administrative tasks and ensure the smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage internal documentation, records, and filing systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Utilise IT systems and software to maintain databases, generate reports, and streamline administrative processes.
- Create documents using approved templates.
- Assist with artwork approvals and the ordering process.
- Support the company’s objective to digitise manual paper-based systems.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functional.
- Ensure compliance with office policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in implementing and improving office systems and workflows.
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in an administrative or office management role.
